They accidentally used the wrong product on our hardwood floors and left streaks. Had to come back to re-clean them. No lasting damage, but it was concerning. More care should be taken with surface types.

They did a decent job on the initial deep clean. A few spots were missed — top of the fridge, window tracks — but they came back and took care of it. Fair price for the service.

A neighbor recommended them and I'm passing it along. They do our office once a week. Bathrooms, kitchen, vacuuming, dusting, the whole thing. Very professional and they work around our schedule. The office always looks great for Monday morning. Very pleased with the experience.

Update: everything is still holding up great months later. We've been using their weekly service for about a year now. The team is consistent, thorough, and always on time. They remember our preferences and even rotate their cleaning products based on what works best for our surfaces. Happy to support a local business.

The first cleaning was good but subsequent visits were progressively less thorough. Felt like they stopped paying attention to details once they thought they had a regular customer. We ended up switching.

Had them do a post-renovation clean. Drywall dust was everywhere — on every surface, in every crevice. Their crew spent an entire day and made it livable. They even cleaned the HVAC vents. Amazing work. Thumbs up from our family.
