Standard bi-weekly cleaning. Most visits are good, but quality varies a little depending on which team member shows up. Overall happy enough to keep using them.

They scrubbed every surface, cleaned inside all the appliances, and even got the grout in the bathrooms looking new. The house showed beautifully — got an offer in three days. We were a bit nervous going in but it turned out great. Had them do a post-renovation clean. Drywall dust was everywhere — on every surface, in every crevice. Their crew spent an entire day and made it livable. They even cleaned the HVAC vents. Amazing work. Happy to support a local business.

They accidentally used the wrong product on our hardwood floors and left streaks. Had to come back to re-clean them. No lasting damage, but it was concerning. More care should be taken with surface types.
