We had a ductless mini-split installed in our sunroom addition. Brilliant solution — heats and cools that room independently. The installation was neat, the line set was routed cleanly, and it works great. Very pleased with the experience.

A neighbor recommended them and I'm passing it along. The furnace was making a horrible grinding noise. Tech came out, found a failing blower motor bearing, and replaced the motor on site. He had common parts on his truck which saved us a second visit. Five stars for sure.

We were a bit nervous going in but it turned out great. Had them install a new heat pump system — indoor and outdoor units. They sized it properly for our square footage, handled all the ductwork modifications, and the house has never been more comfortable. Thumbs up from our family.

Routine maintenance visit went fine. They cleaned the system and changed the filter. Nothing exciting to report. Technician was friendly but didn't spend a lot of time explaining what he was doing.
