Our water heater died on a Sunday morning. I called expecting to wait until Monday, but they had a tech out by noon. He replaced the unit, tested everything thoroughly, and even showed me how to maintain the new one. Can't ask for more than that.

Called about low water pressure throughout the house. Turned out we had corroded galvanized pipes. They gave me an honest assessment and a fair quote for repiping with PEX. The work took two days and the difference is night and day.

The initial repair seemed fine, but the same pipe started leaking again three weeks later. Had to call back and they fixed it at no charge, but I shouldn't have had to go through that twice.
