Update: everything is still holding up great months later. Had them install a new garbage disposal and kitchen faucet. The plumber was meticulous about the connections and tested for leaks multiple times before wrapping up. Left the area cleaner than he found it.

They installed a tankless water heater for us and did an incredible job. Ran new gas line, vented it properly, and walked us through the controls. Our energy bills have dropped noticeably since the switch.

Scheduled a repair for a leaking pipe under the bathroom sink. They were two hours late, then said they didn't have the right fitting and would need to come back. Second visit fixed it, but the whole process took a week for what should have been simple.
