They fixed the dripping faucet but it took longer than expected. The work itself was fine and the price was fair, but I had to wait three days for the appointment. Decent overall.

We were a bit nervous going in but it turned out great. Sewer line backed up into the basement — absolute nightmare. They came out with a camera, found a tree root intrusion about 40 feet out, and cleared it with a cutter. Also gave us options for a permanent fix. Very knowledgeable team. Very pleased with the experience.

Update: everything is still holding up great months later. Called about low water pressure throughout the house. Turned out we had corroded galvanized pipes. They gave me an honest assessment and a fair quote for repiping with PEX. The work took two days and the difference is night and day. Happy to support a local business.

Called for a clogged drain. They cleared it no problem, but the service fee was higher than what was quoted on the phone. The technician was professional though and the drain works great now.
