Our agent was hard to reach. Phone calls went to voicemail and texts took hours to get a reply. In a competitive market, that matters. We missed at least one opportunity because of slow communication.
Relocated from out of state and they handled everything remotely until we could visit. Narrowed down listings to exactly our criteria, scheduled efficient tour routes, and we found our house on the first trip. Great to find reliable service in the area.
Listed with them for six months. The house eventually sold close to asking. I think the initial pricing might have been a bit high. Adjusted after three months and got activity. Mixed feelings overall.
Update: everything is still holding up great months later. Sold a difficult property — rural land with a dated house. They staged it creatively, marketed the acreage and location, and found a buyer within the first month. Excellent market knowledge. Happy to support a local business.
