Good roof replacement overall. The new shingles look nice and the clean-up was thorough. Only issue was they ran into some rotted decking and the extra cost added up. They showed me the damage before proceeding though.

Update: everything is still holding up great months later. Major hailstorm damaged our roof pretty badly. They came out for a free inspection, documented everything for the insurance claim, and replaced the entire roof once the claim was approved. Seamless from start to finish.

Had a leak patched. It's been holding for a few months now so it seems like a solid repair. The roofer was professional but didn't give me much information about the long-term outlook.

Gutter installation was supposed to take one day. It took three visits because they didn't bring enough material the first time and then a downspout wasn't draining properly. Final result is fine but the process was frustrating.
