Had a leak patched. It's been holding for a few months now so it seems like a solid repair. The roofer was professional but didn't give me much information about the long-term outlook.

We were a bit nervous going in but it turned out great. We chose a standing seam metal roof and couldn't be happier. The installation was precise, the color matches the house perfectly, and it survived a major storm without a scratch. Well worth the investment. Happy to support a local business.
