Brought my car in for a noise when braking. They replaced the rotors and pads. The noise is gone and the brakes feel great. A bit pricey compared to the chain shops but I trust the quality more.

After getting multiple quotes, I'm glad we chose them. These guys are honest. Brought my truck in thinking I needed new brakes, and they told me the pads still had plenty of life left. Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. That earned my loyalty. Very pleased with the experience.

Update: everything is still holding up great months later. They do all the maintenance on our family's three vehicles — oil changes, tires, inspections. They keep track of what's been done and what's coming up. Very organized and always fair on pricing.

Took my car in for an alignment and it still pulled to the right afterward. Had to bring it back and they said a tie rod was bent. Should have caught that the first time before doing the alignment.

A neighbor recommended them and I'm passing it along. AC wasn't blowing cold. They found a leak in the evaporator, replaced it, and recharged the system. It's been ice cold all summer. Also caught a worn serpentine belt while they were in there. Very pleased with the experience.

Oil change took over two hours. I was told 30–45 minutes. No explanation for the delay. The work was fine but wasting that much of someone's time without communication is unprofessional.
