Update: everything is still holding up great months later. Best dental experience I've ever had. The hygienist was thorough but gentle, and the dentist took time to explain exactly what was going on with each tooth. No upselling, just honest recommendations.

Routine cleaning and exam. Everything was fine — professional staff, clean office. Wait time was about 15 minutes past my appointment time which isn't terrible but isn't ideal.
