Called about flickering lights in multiple rooms. Turned out to be a failing neutral connection at the meter base. Serious issue that could have caused problems — glad they caught it and fixed it promptly.

Update: everything is still holding up great months later. We needed a full panel upgrade from 100 to 200 amps. The electrician was incredibly thorough — pulled permits, coordinated with the power company, and had everything up and running in one day. Every wire was neatly routed and labeled.

They quoted one price for adding an outdoor outlet and then the final bill was significantly more. Apparently the run was longer than estimated, which I get, but they should have communicated that before just doing the extra work.

We were a bit nervous going in but it turned out great. They wired our whole home generator setup — transfer switch, sub-panel, the works. When the power went out last month, everything kicked in seamlessly. Peace of mind was worth every penny. Highly recommend.
