Update: everything is still holding up great months later. We needed a full panel upgrade from 100 to 200 amps. The electrician was incredibly thorough — pulled permits, coordinated with the power company, and had everything up and running in one day. Every wire was neatly routed and labeled.

Update: everything is still holding up great months later. Needed several outlets upgraded to GFCI in the kitchen and bathrooms. Quick, clean work. The electrician also noticed a double-tapped breaker in the panel and fixed it while he was there. Very pleased with the experience.

The outlet they installed worked for a couple months then stopped. They came back and fixed a loose wire connection. The repair was free but it shouldn't have happened with a new install.
