Update: everything is still holding up great months later. They installed a full irrigation system with separate zones for the lawn, flower beds, and garden. Smart controller adjusts for weather. Our water usage actually went down because we're not overwatering anymore.

Cleared an overgrown lot and transformed it into a proper yard. Removed brush, graded the soil, laid sod, and planted foundation shrubs. Went from jungle to suburban paradise in about a week. Five stars for sure.
