Quoted one price, billed another. The difference wasn't huge but the lack of transparency bothers me. The work itself was fine. Just be upfront about costs from the beginning.

Solid work at a fair price. Nothing exceptional but nothing to complain about either. They did what they said they would do, which honestly is more than you can say for a lot of companies.

Great communication from start to finish. They sent appointment confirmations, called when they were on the way, and followed up afterward to make sure everything was satisfactory. Above and beyond service. Very pleased with the experience.

Update: everything is still holding up great months later. After getting three quotes, I went with them because they were the most thorough in their assessment. Not the cheapest, but the quality justified the price. Very happy with the outcome. Thumbs up from our family.
