Quoted one price, billed another. The difference wasn't huge but the lack of transparency bothers me. The work itself was fine. Just be upfront about costs from the beginning.

Hard to get a call back. Left two messages before getting a response. Once connected, the service was fine, but the initial experience left a bad taste. Customer service starts with answering the phone.

Update: everything is still holding up great months later. Extremely professional and detail-oriented. They took the time to understand exactly what we needed, provided a clear timeline, and delivered on every promise. This is how a business should be run. Five stars for sure.
