Standard quarterly spray. Keeps most bugs away, though I still see the occasional ant near the kitchen. They said that's normal and to call if it gets worse. Generally satisfied.

The pesticide they used left a strong odor that lingered for days. We asked about low-odor options and they didn't really have any. Not ideal for a house with small children.

Discovered termite damage in the garage. They did a full inspection, identified the extent of the colony, and set up a bait station system around the house. Follow-up inspections show the colony is eliminated.

We were a bit nervous going in but it turned out great. Yellow jacket nest was in the ground near our deck. They came out same day and removed it safely. Also treated two wasp nests under the eaves we hadn't even noticed. Would definitely use again.
