Update: everything is still holding up great months later. They installed a tankless water heater for us and did an incredible job. Ran new gas line, vented it properly, and walked us through the controls. Our energy bills have dropped noticeably since the switch. Happy to support a local business.

Had them install a new garbage disposal and kitchen faucet. The plumber was meticulous about the connections and tested for leaks multiple times before wrapping up. Left the area cleaner than he found it. Would definitely use again.
