Full roof replacement with architectural shingles. The crew was on time every day, kept the yard clean, and the new roof looks fantastic. They also replaced all the ventilation and added a ridge vent.

The roof replacement looked fine at first, but after the first heavy rain I noticed water staining on the ceiling in the attic. They came back and found they'd missed flashing around a vent pipe. Fixed it but left me worried about the rest of the work.

Had a persistent leak around the chimney flashing. Other roofers couldn't figure it out, but this crew identified the problem immediately — step flashing had been improperly installed. They redid it and we haven't had a drop of water since.

We were a bit nervous going in but it turned out great. Major hailstorm damaged our roof pretty badly. They came out for a free inspection, documented everything for the insurance claim, and replaced the entire roof once the claim was approved. Seamless from start to finish. Five stars for sure.

Good roof replacement overall. The new shingles look nice and the clean-up was thorough. Only issue was they ran into some rotted decking and the extra cost added up. They showed me the damage before proceeding though.
