Simple Construction Roofing

Update: everything is still holding up great months later. They repaired storm damage to our gutter system and replaced some missing shingles. The whole job was done in half a day. Fair pricing and honest about what actually needed replacing versus what was still fine. Very pleased with the experience.

After getting multiple quotes, I'm glad we chose them. Major hailstorm damaged our roof pretty badly. They came out for a free inspection, documented everything for the insurance claim, and replaced the entire roof once the claim was approved. Seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Had a persistent leak around the chimney flashing. Other roofers couldn't figure it out, but this crew identified the problem immediately — step flashing had been improperly installed. They redid it and we haven't had a drop of water since. Thumbs up from our family.

The roof replacement looked fine at first, but after the first heavy rain I noticed water staining on the ceiling in the attic. They came back and found they'd missed flashing around a vent pipe. Fixed it but left me worried about the rest of the work.
