Quoted one price, billed another. The difference wasn't huge but the lack of transparency bothers me. The work itself was fine. Just be upfront about costs from the beginning.

We were a bit nervous going in but it turned out great. Great communication from start to finish. They sent appointment confirmations, called when they were on the way, and followed up afterward to make sure everything was satisfactory. Above and beyond service. Very pleased with the experience.
