They did an acceptable job but I was expecting more based on their reputation. Nothing was wrong exactly, but the attention to detail wasn't there. Had to point out a few things that should have been caught.
Hard to get a call back. Left two messages before getting a response. Once connected, the service was fine, but the initial experience left a bad taste. Customer service starts with answering the phone.
We were a bit nervous going in but it turned out great. Hired them based on their online reviews and they lived up to every one. The work was completed faster than estimated and the results were flawless. Already recommended them to two coworkers.
After getting three quotes, I went with them because they were the most thorough in their assessment. Not the cheapest, but the quality justified the price. Very happy with the outcome. Thumbs up from our family.
They came highly recommended and the work was good. Not quite the life-changing experience I was led to believe, but very solid and professional. Fair pricing for the area.
