Standard quarterly spray. Keeps most bugs away, though I still see the occasional ant near the kitchen. They said that's normal and to call if it gets worse. Generally satisfied.
Paid for a termite treatment but found new mud tubes six months later. They came back and retreated at no cost, but I expected the first treatment to be more thorough.
Quarterly pest service has kept our house bug-free for two years. They spray the perimeter, treat the crawl space, and check for any signs of termites. Very consistent and professional each visit. Thumbs up from our family.
Update: everything is still holding up great months later. Yellow jacket nest was in the ground near our deck. They came out same day and removed it safely. Also treated two wasp nests under the eaves we hadn't even noticed. Great to find reliable service in the area.
