Had an oil change and tire rotation. Fast, no issues. Waiting area could use some updating but the work was done well. They recommended a transmission flush but said it wasn't urgent.

Oil change took over two hours. I was told 30–45 minutes. No explanation for the delay. The work was fine but wasting that much of someone's time without communication is unprofessional.

Took my car in for an alignment and it still pulled to the right afterward. Had to bring it back and they said a tie rod was bent. Should have caught that the first time before doing the alignment.

Update: everything is still holding up great months later. Complete timing belt and water pump replacement on my Honda. They did the work on time and the car has been running perfectly since. They even noticed a cracked CV boot and let me know before it became a bigger issue. Five stars for sure.

After getting multiple quotes, I'm glad we chose them. These guys are honest. Brought my truck in thinking I needed new brakes, and they told me the pads still had plenty of life left. Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. That earned my loyalty.
