Oil change took over two hours. I was told 30–45 minutes. No explanation for the delay. The work was fine but wasting that much of someone's time without communication is unprofessional.

Brought my car in for a noise when braking. They replaced the rotors and pads. The noise is gone and the brakes feel great. A bit pricey compared to the chain shops but I trust the quality more.

Update: everything is still holding up great months later. Brought my car in for a check engine light. They diagnosed it, explained the issue clearly, showed me the bad part, and had it fixed the same day. The price was exactly what they quoted. That's all you can ask for. Very pleased with the experience.

A neighbor recommended them and I'm passing it along. AC wasn't blowing cold. They found a leak in the evaporator, replaced it, and recharged the system. It's been ice cold all summer. Also caught a worn serpentine belt while they were in there. Happy to support a local business.
