Standard bi-weekly cleaning. Most visits are good, but quality varies a little depending on which team member shows up. Overall happy enough to keep using them.

They accidentally used the wrong product on our hardwood floors and left streaks. Had to come back to re-clean them. No lasting damage, but it was concerning. More care should be taken with surface types.

We've been using their weekly service for about a year now. The team is consistent, thorough, and always on time. They remember our preferences and even rotate their cleaning products based on what works best for our surfaces.
