After getting multiple quotes, I'm glad we chose them. Hired them for a deep clean before putting our house on the market. They scrubbed every surface, cleaned inside all the appliances, and even got the grout in the bathrooms looking new. The house showed beautifully — got an offer in three days. Very pleased with the experience.

The first cleaning was good but subsequent visits were progressively less thorough. Felt like they stopped paying attention to details once they thought they had a regular customer. We ended up switching.

They accidentally used the wrong product on our hardwood floors and left streaks. Had to come back to re-clean them. No lasting damage, but it was concerning. More care should be taken with surface types.
