We needed a full panel upgrade from 100 to 200 amps. The electrician was incredibly thorough — pulled permits, coordinated with the power company, and had everything up and running in one day. Every wire was neatly routed and labeled. Five stars for sure.

The outlet they installed worked for a couple months then stopped. They came back and fixed a loose wire connection. The repair was free but it shouldn't have happened with a new install.

Update: everything is still holding up great months later. Needed several outlets upgraded to GFCI in the kitchen and bathrooms. Quick, clean work. The electrician also noticed a double-tapped breaker in the panel and fixed it while he was there. Thumbs up from our family.

Had a few outlets replaced. Good work, no complaints about quality. Scheduling was a bit of a hassle — had to reschedule twice. But the electrician who came was professional.

They installed a ceiling fan for us. The work was clean and the fan works great, but the price was on the high end compared to other quotes I got. Still, they were licensed and insured which matters.
