Hard to get a call back. Left two messages before getting a response. Once connected, the service was fine, but the initial experience left a bad taste. Customer service starts with answering the phone.

Update: everything is still holding up great months later. After getting three quotes, I went with them because they were the most thorough in their assessment. Not the cheapest, but the quality justified the price. Very happy with the outcome. Highly recommend.
