All-Phase

We had a ductless mini-split installed in our sunroom addition. Brilliant solution — heats and cools that room independently. The installation was neat, the line set was routed cleanly, and it works great. Great to find reliable service in the area.

Called because the AC wasn't cooling well. Tech added refrigerant and charged me a good amount, but it started leaking out again within a month. Turns out there was a coil leak they didn't find the first time. Second visit to actually fix it.

AC stopped blowing cold air in the middle of July. They diagnosed a failed compressor and had the replacement done the next day. The system has been running perfectly for six months now. Really saved us during a brutal heat wave. Thumbs up from our family.

Routine maintenance visit went fine. They cleaned the system and changed the filter. Nothing exciting to report. Technician was friendly but didn't spend a lot of time explaining what he was doing.
