Update: everything is still holding up great months later. Had them install a new heat pump system — indoor and outdoor units. They sized it properly for our square footage, handled all the ductwork modifications, and the house has never been more comfortable. Great to find reliable service in the area.

We were a bit nervous going in but it turned out great. AC stopped blowing cold air in the middle of July. They diagnosed a failed compressor and had the replacement done the next day. The system has been running perfectly for six months now. Really saved us during a brutal heat wave. Five stars for sure.

The thermostat they installed kept losing its WiFi connection. Took three visits before they replaced it with a different model that actually works. A lot of wasted time for everyone.

Called because the AC wasn't cooling well. Tech added refrigerant and charged me a good amount, but it started leaking out again within a month. Turns out there was a coil leak they didn't find the first time. Second visit to actually fix it.
