Installed a new toilet for us. The work was solid but they showed up about 45 minutes late. Communication could have been better, but the end result was fine.

Our water heater died on a Sunday morning. I called expecting to wait until Monday, but they had a tech out by noon. He replaced the unit, tested everything thoroughly, and even showed me how to maintain the new one. Can't ask for more than that.

After getting multiple quotes, I'm glad we chose them. Had them install a new garbage disposal and kitchen faucet. The plumber was meticulous about the connections and tested for leaks multiple times before wrapping up. Left the area cleaner than he found it. Would definitely use again.

The initial repair seemed fine, but the same pipe started leaking again three weeks later. Had to call back and they fixed it at no charge, but I shouldn't have had to go through that twice.
