The initial repair seemed fine, but the same pipe started leaking again three weeks later. Had to call back and they fixed it at no charge, but I shouldn't have had to go through that twice.

They fixed the dripping faucet but it took longer than expected. The work itself was fine and the price was fair, but I had to wait three days for the appointment. Decent overall.

After getting multiple quotes, I'm glad we chose them. They installed a tankless water heater for us and did an incredible job. Ran new gas line, vented it properly, and walked us through the controls. Our energy bills have dropped noticeably since the switch. Five stars for sure.

Installed a new toilet for us. The work was solid but they showed up about 45 minutes late. Communication could have been better, but the end result was fine.

Our water heater died on a Sunday morning. I called expecting to wait until Monday, but they had a tech out by noon. He replaced the unit, tested everything thoroughly, and even showed me how to maintain the new one. Can't ask for more than that.
