Had a leak patched. It's been holding for a few months now so it seems like a solid repair. The roofer was professional but didn't give me much information about the long-term outlook.

Had a persistent leak around the chimney flashing. Other roofers couldn't figure it out, but this crew identified the problem immediately — step flashing had been improperly installed. They redid it and we haven't had a drop of water since. Five stars for sure.

Gutter installation was supposed to take one day. It took three visits because they didn't bring enough material the first time and then a downspout wasn't draining properly. Final result is fine but the process was frustrating.

We chose a standing seam metal roof and couldn't be happier. The installation was precise, the color matches the house perfectly, and it survived a major storm without a scratch. Well worth the investment.
