The work was okay but the scheduling was a nightmare. Took four attempts to get a confirmed appointment. Once they showed up the service was adequate, but the run-around to get them here was exhausting.

Update: everything is still holding up great months later. Great communication from start to finish. They sent appointment confirmations, called when they were on the way, and followed up afterward to make sure everything was satisfactory. Above and beyond service. Thumbs up from our family.
