Had them look at uneven heating. They adjusted some duct dampers which helped a bit, but didn't fully solve the issue. Might need actual ductwork modifications. Fair assessment though.

After getting multiple quotes, I'm glad we chose them. Signed up for their maintenance plan. They come out twice a year, clean the coils, check refrigerant levels, change filters, and inspect everything. Our 15-year-old system is still running strong because of it. Would definitely use again.

Routine maintenance visit went fine. They cleaned the system and changed the filter. Nothing exciting to report. Technician was friendly but didn't spend a lot of time explaining what he was doing.
