Routine maintenance visit went fine. They cleaned the system and changed the filter. Nothing exciting to report. Technician was friendly but didn't spend a lot of time explaining what he was doing.

Had them look at uneven heating. They adjusted some duct dampers which helped a bit, but didn't fully solve the issue. Might need actual ductwork modifications. Fair assessment though.

Signed up for their maintenance plan. They come out twice a year, clean the coils, check refrigerant levels, change filters, and inspect everything. Our 15-year-old system is still running strong because of it.

A neighbor recommended them and I'm passing it along. Had them install a new heat pump system — indoor and outdoor units. They sized it properly for our square footage, handled all the ductwork modifications, and the house has never been more comfortable. Highly recommend.

The thermostat they installed kept losing its WiFi connection. Took three visits before they replaced it with a different model that actually works. A lot of wasted time for everyone.
