Central Carolina Air Conditioning

The furnace was making a horrible grinding noise. Tech came out, found a failing blower motor bearing, and replaced the motor on site. He had common parts on his truck which saved us a second visit.

Update: everything is still holding up great months later. They replaced our entire HVAC system — furnace, AC, and all ductwork in the crawl space. It was a big job but they finished in two days. The new system is whisper quiet compared to the old one. Great to find reliable service in the area.

Called because the AC wasn't cooling well. Tech added refrigerant and charged me a good amount, but it started leaking out again within a month. Turns out there was a coil leak they didn't find the first time. Second visit to actually fix it.

Had them look at uneven heating. They adjusted some duct dampers which helped a bit, but didn't fully solve the issue. Might need actual ductwork modifications. Fair assessment though.
