AC stopped blowing cold air in the middle of July. They diagnosed a failed compressor and had the replacement done the next day. The system has been running perfectly for six months now. Really saved us during a brutal heat wave. Great to find reliable service in the area.

The thermostat they installed kept losing its WiFi connection. Took three visits before they replaced it with a different model that actually works. A lot of wasted time for everyone.

Routine maintenance visit went fine. They cleaned the system and changed the filter. Nothing exciting to report. Technician was friendly but didn't spend a lot of time explaining what he was doing.

Update: everything is still holding up great months later. Signed up for their maintenance plan. They come out twice a year, clean the coils, check refrigerant levels, change filters, and inspect everything. Our 15-year-old system is still running strong because of it. Five stars for sure.
