Had them install a new heat pump system — indoor and outdoor units. They sized it properly for our square footage, handled all the ductwork modifications, and the house has never been more comfortable.

After getting multiple quotes, I'm glad we chose them. The furnace was making a horrible grinding noise. Tech came out, found a failing blower motor bearing, and replaced the motor on site. He had common parts on his truck which saved us a second visit.

Had them look at uneven heating. They adjusted some duct dampers which helped a bit, but didn't fully solve the issue. Might need actual ductwork modifications. Fair assessment though.

AC stopped blowing cold air in the middle of July. They diagnosed a failed compressor and had the replacement done the next day. The system has been running perfectly for six months now. Really saved us during a brutal heat wave.
