Update: everything is still holding up great months later. Had them install a new heat pump system — indoor and outdoor units. They sized it properly for our square footage, handled all the ductwork modifications, and the house has never been more comfortable. Happy to support a local business.

They replaced our entire HVAC system — furnace, AC, and all ductwork in the crawl space. It was a big job but they finished in two days. The new system is whisper quiet compared to the old one.
