Update: everything is still holding up great months later. Had a major leak under the kitchen sink that was causing water damage. J. R. Lane Plumbing Co. came out within two hours of my call and had everything fixed in under an hour. The pipe fitting was clean and professional — no shortcuts. Really impressed with the quality of work.

They installed a tankless water heater for us and did an incredible job. Ran new gas line, vented it properly, and walked us through the controls. Our energy bills have dropped noticeably since the switch.

After getting multiple quotes, I'm glad we chose them. We hired them for a complete bathroom replumb during our renovation. They rerouted all the supply lines and drain pipes, installed a new shower valve and toilet flange, and everything passed inspection the first time. Very organized crew. Great to find reliable service in the area.

Update: everything is still holding up great months later. Toilet was running constantly and driving up our water bill. The technician diagnosed a faulty fill valve and flapper, replaced both on the spot, and the bill was very reasonable. He also checked the other bathrooms while he was here.
