Modern Plumbing and Backflow

Scheduled a repair for a leaking pipe under the bathroom sink. They were two hours late, then said they didn't have the right fitting and would need to come back. Second visit fixed it, but the whole process took a week for what should have been simple.

A neighbor recommended them and I'm passing it along. Called about low water pressure throughout the house. Turned out we had corroded galvanized pipes. They gave me an honest assessment and a fair quote for repiping with PEX. The work took two days and the difference is night and day. Five stars for sure.

Called for a clogged drain. They cleared it no problem, but the service fee was higher than what was quoted on the phone. The technician was professional though and the drain works great now.
