After getting multiple quotes, I'm glad we chose them. Had a major leak under the kitchen sink that was causing water damage. Out The Door Plumbing came out within two hours of my call and had everything fixed in under an hour. The pipe fitting was clean and professional — no shortcuts. Really impressed with the quality of work. Highly recommend.

We were a bit nervous going in but it turned out great. We hired them for a complete bathroom replumb during our renovation. They rerouted all the supply lines and drain pipes, installed a new shower valve and toilet flange, and everything passed inspection the first time. Very organized crew. Happy to support a local business.

A neighbor recommended them and I'm passing it along. Had them install a new garbage disposal and kitchen faucet. The plumber was meticulous about the connections and tested for leaks multiple times before wrapping up. Left the area cleaner than he found it. Very pleased with the experience.

Called for a clogged drain. They cleared it no problem, but the service fee was higher than what was quoted on the phone. The technician was professional though and the drain works great now.

They fixed the dripping faucet but it took longer than expected. The work itself was fine and the price was fair, but I had to wait three days for the appointment. Decent overall.

Update: everything is still holding up great months later. Toilet was running constantly and driving up our water bill. The technician diagnosed a faulty fill valve and flapper, replaced both on the spot, and the bill was very reasonable. He also checked the other bathrooms while he was here. Great to find reliable service in the area.

Installed a new toilet for us. The work was solid but they showed up about 45 minutes late. Communication could have been better, but the end result was fine.

Update: everything is still holding up great months later. Called about low water pressure throughout the house. Turned out we had corroded galvanized pipes. They gave me an honest assessment and a fair quote for repiping with PEX. The work took two days and the difference is night and day. Would definitely use again.
