Scheduled a repair for a leaking pipe under the bathroom sink. They were two hours late, then said they didn't have the right fitting and would need to come back. Second visit fixed it, but the whole process took a week for what should have been simple.

The initial repair seemed fine, but the same pipe started leaking again three weeks later. Had to call back and they fixed it at no charge, but I shouldn't have had to go through that twice.

Our water heater died on a Sunday morning. I called expecting to wait until Monday, but they had a tech out by noon. He replaced the unit, tested everything thoroughly, and even showed me how to maintain the new one. Can't ask for more than that. Happy to support a local business.
